This allows affected users to log in with their regular username and password while SSO issues are being resolved.
Before You Begin
You must have administrative access to the user management settings
The user will need to use their regular Dazos username and password to log in once SSO is disabled
This is typically used as a temporary workaround while resolving broader SSO authentication issues
Steps to Disable SSO for a User
Navigate to the user management section in your Dazos account
Locate the specific user profile you want to modify
Click the "More" actions menu on the user profile, then select the option to "Rollback From SSO" for that user
Expected Result
Once SSO is disabled for the user:
The user will no longer be redirected to the SSO login page
They can log in directly using their Dazos username and password
Other users in your organization will continue to use SSO normally (unless also individually disabled)
Common Use Cases
Expired Secret Keys: When Azure SSO tokens have expired and need renewal
Individual Access Issues: When specific users cannot authenticate through SSO
Temporary Workaround: While broader SSO configuration issues are being resolved
Important Notes
β οΈ Note: Disabling SSO for many users individually is not ideal for large organizations. Consider working with your IT team to resolve the underlying SSO configuration issues for a permanent solution.
π‘ Tip: Keep track of which users have SSO disabled so you can re-enable it once the SSO issues are resolved.
