How to Add Multiple Emails to Mail Manager with SSO Enabled (CRM)

This guide explains how to configure multiple email addresses in Mail Manager when Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled in your Dazos account. You'll learn the recommended workaround to monitor additional email addresses for leads.

Before You Begin

  • SSO Limitation: SSO in Dazos is only available for Google and Microsoft login to Dazos itself, not for Mail Manager configuration

  • Access Required: Admin permissions to create new user seats in your Dazos account

  • Email Details: Have the specific email addresses you want to monitor ready

Steps

Step 1: Create a Separate User Seat

To monitor additional email addresses with SSO active, create a dedicated user seat using the specific email address that needs monitoring.

  1. Navigate to your user management settings in Dazos

  2. Create a new user seat with the email address you want to add to Mail Manager

  3. Ensure this email address has appropriate permissions for Mail Manager access

Step 2: Configure Mail Manager on the New Seat

Log in with the newly created user seat and set up Mail Manager:

  1. Open the Mail Manager module from the left-hand navigation

  2. Click the "Configure Mailbox" button

  3. Select your email provider from the dropdown menu

  4. Authenticate using your email credentials (this bypasses the SSO limitation)

  5. Click "Save" to complete the setup

Step 3: Repeat for Additional Email Addresses

For each additional email address you need to monitor:

  1. Create a separate user seat for that specific email

  2. Follow the Mail Manager setup process for each seat

  3. Ensure each seat has access to the necessary features

Verification / Expected Result

After completing the setup:

  • Each dedicated user seat can successfully access Mail Manager with its assigned email address

  • Your main SSO setup remains intact and functional

  • You can monitor multiple email addresses for incoming leads

  • Each mailbox will display incoming emails within the Mail Manager interface

If you encounter issues during setup:

  • Authentication Failed: Ensure you're using the correct email credentials for each seat

  • SSO Conflicts: Remember that SSO only applies to Dazos login, not Mail Manager configuration
