Before You Begin
Ensure you have:
Admin or appropriate permissions to access CRM Settings
Your email account is connected to Dazos
Contact, Lead, or Account records with email addresses in your database
Steps
Navigate to Mail Converter Settings
Go to CRM Settings β Other Settings and locate the Mail Converter tool.
βConfigure Email Folders
Select which email folders you want the Mail Converter to scan (typically Inbox and Sent Items).Set Up Mail Converter Rules
Configure additional actions the Mail Converter should take when processing emails beyond the basic email attachment to matching CRM records.Save Configuration
Save your settings to activate the automatic email scanning.
Verification / Expected Result
Once configured, the Mail Converter will:
Automatically scan your specified email folders every 15 minutes
Match email addresses against your Dazos database
Attach emails to corresponding Lead, Account, or Contact records
Execute any additional rules you've configured
You should see emails appearing as activities on matching records without manual intervention.
