Overview
To enable KIPU webhooks as part of the Dazos integration setup, the client must grant Dazos superadmin access within their KIPU instance. Without this permission level, Dazos support cannot configure or activate the webhooks required for the integration to function.
Before You Begin
Your Dazos CRM instance must already be connected to KIPU EMR.
You must have administrator access in your KIPU instance to manage user roles and permissions.
Confirm the Dazos integration account being used is [email protected].
Steps
Log in to your KIPU instance as an administrator.
Navigate to the user management or permissions section in KIPU.
Locate the Dazos integration user account ([email protected]).
Upgrade the account's role to Superadmin.
Save the permission change.
Notify your Dazos Implementation Manager or Support contact that superadmin access has been granted so they can proceed with webhook configuration.
Verification / Expected Result
Once superadmin access is granted and Dazos support has configured the webhooks, the KIPU webhook setup will be completed. Your Dazos contact will confirm when the webhooks have been added successfully.
✅ Success Indicator: You will receive confirmation from Dazos support that the webhooks have been enabled and the integration is active.
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
Unsure how to change user roles in KIPU: Contact your KIPU administrator or KIPU support for guidance on updating user permission levels.
Dazos integration account not found in KIPU: Verify that [email protected] has been added as a user in your KIPU instance before attempting to update permissions. Contact Dazos Support if the account is missing.
Webhooks not working after access is granted: Contact Dazos Support and confirm that superadmin access is active. Dazos support will need to review the webhook configuration directly.
