By default, only Admin users have permission to view payload details. If a Global user pushes a patient to the EMR but cannot see the payload information, this is a role permissions issue — not a defect.
Symptom
A Global user pushes a patient to the EMR but sees no payload data when attempting to view the integration payload log. The payload details are either hidden or completely absent for that user.
Affected area: CRM → Integration Payload Logs
Affected user type: Global Users
Admin users are able to view payload logs without issue.
Cause
Integration Payload Log visibility is controlled by user role permissions. By default, only Admin users can view payload details. Global users do not have this permission enabled unless an Admin explicitly grants it.
This is intended system behavior — it is not a bug or defect.
Solution
An Admin user must update the Global user's role permissions to grant access to payload logs. Follow the steps below:
Log in to your Dazos CRM instance as an Admin.
Navigate to Settings → CRM Settings → User Management → Roles.
Locate the role assigned to the affected Global user and click Edit Privileges of This Profile.
Find the permission related to Integration Payload Logs and enable it for the role.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Ask the affected user to log out and log back in for the permission changes to take effect.
⚠️ Note: If you need to grant this access to a specific user without changing their entire role, contact Dazos Support for guidance on user-level permission adjustments.
Verification / Expected Result
After the Admin saves the updated permissions and the Global user logs back in, they should be able to view payload details when pushing a patient to the EMR. The user will no longer need to rely on an Admin to retrieve payload log information.
✅ Best Practice: Wait a few minutes after saving role permission changes before asking the user to log back in, as the system may need a moment to fully apply updates.
Escalation
If the Global user still cannot view payload logs after an Admin has updated the role permissions and the user has logged out and back in, contact Dazos Support with the following details:
Affected user name and role
Your CRM instance URL
Description of what the user sees when attempting to view the payload
Confirmation that role permissions were updated and the user has re-logged in
