Step 2: Map Address Fields

In the KIPU Field Mapping section, locate the address fields that need to be mapped:

  • Street Address (must be mapped manually)

  • City

  • State

  • Zip/Postal Code

For each address field:

  1. Find the Dazos CRM field name in the left column

  2. Click the dropdown in the EHR Field column on the right

  3. Select the corresponding KIPU field that should receive the data

Note: You are mapping Dazos CRM field (left) → KIPU EMR field (dropdown on right)

Step 3: Save Configuration

Click Save to apply all mapping changes.

Test with a sample record to ensure address data transfers correctly to KIPU.

How Call Logs Connect to Accounts

Call logs in Dazos are automatically linked to both leads and accounts. When a lead is converted to an account, the call history from the lead record automatically appears in the Call Logs section of the account record.

What happens automatically:

  • Call logs are linked to lead records when calls are made

  • When leads are converted to accounts, call history transfers automatically

  • Call logs appear in the account's Call Logs ribbon/section

  • No manual linking is required

Verification / Expected Result

After completing the address field mapping:

  • Address data (Street, City, State, Zip) transfers correctly from Dazos CRM to KIPU EMR

  • Street Address field populates in KIPU (since it was manually mapped)

  • Call logs from leads appear automatically in converted account records

Best Practice: Always test field mapping with a sample record before processing live patient data.

Troubleshooting / Common Errors

Address fields not syncing after mapping:

  • Verify all address fields are properly mapped with corresponding KIPU fields selected

  • Confirm the integration is active and functioning

  • Test with a sample record to identify specific mapping issues

Call logs not appearing on accounts:

  • Verify the lead was properly converted to an account

  • Check the Call Logs section within the account record

  • Confirm call logs existed on the original lead record

Street Address field still empty in KIPU:

  • Confirm Street Address was manually mapped (it does not pull automatically)

  • Verify the correct KIPU field was selected in the dropdown

  • Test the mapping with a record that has street address data in the CRM

⚠️ Note: Street Address is the only address field that requires manual mapping - other address fields are included in default field mappings.
