Troubleshooting PAA Matrix Field Mapping Missing from KIPU EMR Integration Settings

Purpose of this Guide

This guide helps resolve an issue where the Matrix Field Mapping tab is missing from the KIPU EMR settings, preventing Pre-Assessment (PAA) data from mapping directly to KIPU evaluation forms. This issue can block the entire KIPU implementation process.

Symptom/Error

When navigating to EMR Settings > KIPU integration, the Matrix Field Mapping tab does not appear below the standard KIPU Field Mapping section. This prevents administrators from mapping PAA module data directly to KIPU evaluation forms.

The Matrix Field Mapping tab should appear as an additional configuration option when working with PAA evaluation forms that contain matrix-style fields requiring direct module-to-module data transfer.

Cause

This is an instance-specific bug where the Matrix Field Mapping functionality fails to load in the EMR settings interface. The underlying mapping capability exists in the system but the configuration interface is not displaying correctly for that specific CRM instance.
