Before You Begin
You must have administrator access to CRM Settings
Your KIPU EMR integration must be configured and active
Verify that the source field (Intake Opportunity Created Date) contains data
Confirm which KIPU date field you want to map to (e.g., 'Date 1st Contact')
Steps
Navigate to EMR Integration Settings
In Dazos CRM, go to Settings > CRM Settings > Integrations > EMR Settings
Access KIPU Field Mapping
Click on the KIPU tab and select the field mapping section
Configure the Date Field Mapping
Locate the mapping configuration area and set up the following:Save the Mapping Configuration
Click Save to apply the field mapping changes
Verification / Expected Result
After configuring the mapping:
When new Intake Opportunities are pushed to KIPU, the creation timestamp will populate the mapped KIPU date field
Existing records pushed after the mapping will include the opportunity creation date in KIPU
The date will appear in KIPU's specified date field (e.g., 'Date 1st Contact')
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
Mapping not working: Verify that the field mapping was saved correctly and that the KIPU integration is active.
Date not appearing in KIPU: Confirm that the source field (Intake Opportunity Created Date) contains data and that the target KIPU field name is correct.
Wrong date showing: Check if you need to map to the opportunity creation date versus another date field like 'Date of Initial Call'.
Important Notes
💡 Tip: This mapping sends the opportunity creation timestamp, which may be different from other date fields like 'Date of Initial Call' or manual date entries.
⚠️ Note: Field mapping changes typically affect new records pushed to KIPU after the configuration is saved.
