Overview
When insurance information is entered into the Insurance Module Table at the bottom of a Lead page in Dazos CRM, that information automatically maps to the Instant VOB in iVerify. This means users running iVerify on a Lead do not need to re-enter details such as the Treatment Program, Insurance Provider, or Member ID — the system pulls them directly from the Insurance Module Table.
Where to Enter Insurance Information on a Lead
To ensure insurance details auto-populate into the Instant VOB, the information must be entered in the correct location on the Lead record:
Scroll to the bottom of the Lead page to find the Insurance Module Table.
Enter the insurance details here, including the Insurance Provider, Member ID, and any other relevant fields.
Insurance information entered in this table is what the system uses to populate the Instant VOB when iVerify is run on that Lead.
Tips & Notes
💡 Tip: Always use the Insurance Module Table at the bottom of the Lead page — not freeform or custom text fields elsewhere on the record — to ensure auto-population works correctly when running iVerify.
⚠️ Note: If insurance details are entered in custom text fields outside of the Insurance Module Table, those values will not automatically map to the Instant VOB. Users would need to re-enter that information manually when running iVerify.
