Overview
If you clicked the question mark (?) button in the Dazos CRM to submit a support ticket and were redirected to a new tab asking you to sign in — but the sign-in did not work — this is a known issue. The ? button is connected to a legacy support system that is being phased out and may no longer function correctly.
This guide explains what to do instead so you can reach Dazos Support without any issues.
Symptom
You clicked the question mark (?) button in the Dazos CRM to submit a support ticket.
A new browser tab opened and prompted you to sign in through Dazos.
The sign-in page did not work, or you were unable to complete the login.
Cause
The question mark (?) button is tied to an older support system that is currently being phased out. This button is no longer the recommended way to contact Dazos Support and may not function as expected.
Solution — Use the 'Dazos Support' Button in the Sidebar
Instead of using the question mark button, use the Dazos Support button located in the left sidebar menu of the CRM. This is the current and supported way to access and submit support requests.
Log in to your Dazos CRM as usual.
Look at the left sidebar navigation menu.
Click the Dazos Support button in that sidebar.
The support messenger will open, allowing you to ask questions, chat with our AI assistant (Fin), or submit a ticket to a live agent.
Tips & Notes
⚠️ Do not use the question mark (?) button to submit support tickets. It is connected to a legacy system that is being retired and may not work correctly.
💡 The Dazos Support button in the left sidebar is the correct and fully supported way to reach the support team. From there, you can get instant answers from Fin, request a live agent, or submit and track tickets.
Escalation
If you are still unable to access support after using the Dazos Support sidebar button, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for further assistance.
