5. Frequently Asked Questions
1. Before You Start
You will need: a Dazos Admin login.
Access requirements: any admin user who can open Plans Management → Clients. There is nothing to turn on.
If you don't see Clients in the menu, ask your Dazos Admin super administrator to check your role.
2. Open the Clients List
From Dazos Admin, go to Plans Management → Clients. The table lists every client instance, with a search box above each column.
3. Search for a Client
1. Type all or part of a value in the box above Legal Name or Domain.
2. Click the green search button.
3. The table shows only the clients that match, and the line under it says how many.
You can type only part of the value, and capital letters don't matter:
You type | Finds |
test | Legal Name test1 |
ICAMPAIGN | Domain icampaignlab |
Tip: To see the full list again, click the eraser button next to the search button. It clears every search box.
4. When Nothing Matches
If no client matches, the table shows There are no clients. That means the search worked and found nothing. It is not an error.
Important: The line under the table can still show the count from your previous search. Trust the table itself: "There are no clients" means zero results.
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Some clients have no Legal Name. Will they break the search? No. Clients with an empty Legal Name or Domain simply won't match that search.
Q: Can I search several columns at once? Yes. Fill more than one box. Only the clients that match all of them are shown.
Q: Do I need to type the whole name? No. Any part of the value works, in capitals or not.
