What is a lead? Everything starts with a lead. A lead is an inquiry from someone reaching out looking to receive treatment. One way to think of this concept is that leads can essentially “lead” to someone becoming an admitted patient. In this article, we are going to introduce you to the four different ways you can create leads in the Dazos CRM.
Creating a Lead through Your VoiP Provider
This is the most common way leads are created and is what is recommended. After your VOIP is integrated, whenever the CRM does not recognize a call (meaning no account or lead test has been created related to the phone number), it will automatically create a lead in your Dazos CRM.
If a person calls multiple times or already has an account within Dazos, it will NOT create a duplicate lead, but instead will document the calls in the already-existing lead/account.
Creating a Lead using Quick Create
The quick create can be found at the top of your Dazos CRM at all times. It is denoted by a little “+” sign and gives you the option to quickly create a lead with minimal information, which can be updated at any time.
Creating a Lead using the +Add Lead Button
This will take you to the full form, which will show all the different fields that can be updated for your new lead.
Creating a Lead using iVerify “Submit New Lead”
You MUST have the individual’s insurance information to create a lead this way. By using this method, you will be able to bypass the entire lead module/workflow and you will be taken straight to the VOB afterwards.
