How to Clear Your Cache using Google Chrome

Updated over 10 months ago

Problem

Using a browser such as Chrome saves some information from websites in its cache/history. Clearing the cache history can resolve certain issues, such as site loading or formatting problems.

Solution

Start by navigating to the upper right of your Chrome browser and click on the icon with three vertical dots.

  1. Search for the setting called “Clear Browing Data”.

2. Make sure to set the time range to “All Time”. To avoid losing your sessions and getting logged out of all of your browser sessions, de-select / un-check “Browsing History” and “Cookies and other site Data”, ONLY leaving “Cached images and files enabled”, as shown below:

3. Click on "Clear Data" and hard refresh, then log out and log back into Dazos, and proceed to test the issue at hand again.

It's important to regularly clear your browser cache to keep it up to date and functioning properly.
