EHR Bedboard Import is not working(CRM)

If you have tried pulling Bedboards from KIPU and are either getting an Error or it is not working at all, please follow the following steps to Troubleshoot this issue.( AVAILABLE WITH KIPU EMR ONLY)

🌱 Solution

  1. In KIPU, there is a module called Occupancy, which is responsible for storing all bedboard information in that system. We need to make sure this is set up to reflect the correct Building Setup to match your organization.

  2. Please make sure to enable the buildings you have set up in the Occupancy module in your Company setting under Edit Location.
