Overview:
This guide provides precise instructions for troubleshooting bedboard discrepancies. If you're experiencing any of the following issues, this process will help you address them:
Bedboards are empty: Patients are missing from the bedboard entirely.
Bedboards are showing the wrong patient accommodation: Patients are assigned to the incorrect bed.
Bedboards are not showing the patient names: Patient names are not visible, or the information is incorrect.
Before You Begin
⚠️ Warning: Before making any changes, confirm that your CRM is actively connected to your Kipu EMR. Performing these steps on an instance with a broken integration will not resolve the issue.
⚠️ Warning: We recommend taking a backup of your current bedboard and patient data before performing a manual import.

Troubleshooting / Common Errors
"Import" Button is Missing: If you do not see the "Beds from Kipu" option, your instance may not be properly connected to the EMR.
Data Is Still Incorrect: If the bedboard data remains incorrect after a re-import, the discrepancy may exist within the Kipu EMR itself.
