1. Begin by navigating to your specific company instance or utilizing your designated login link to access Dazos CRM.
2. Once logged in, locate and click on "Referral Sources" in the main navigation or dashboard. This will display a list of your established referral sources.
3. From the list, click on the specific referral source to which you wish to add a new contact. This action will open the details of that referral source.
4. Within the selected referral source's details, locate and click on the blue Referral Contact Icon. This icon typically indicates the section for managing associated contacts.
5. Click on the "Add Referral Contact" button. This will open a form to capture the new contact's details.
6. Provide the First Name and Last Name of the new referral contact. At this stage, you typically have two options:
Quick Add: Rapidly save the basic details and complete the full contact profile at a later time.
Full Form: Proceed directly to the comprehensive form to enter all available contact information immediately.
7. Click on the "Assigned To" field. Here, you will select the Business Development (BD) Representative who manages the relationship with this specific referral contact.
