Q: What are the steps to bulk reassign Referral Contacts?
A: Follow these steps to efficiently transfer all contacts from one Rep to another:
Navigate to Referral Contacts: Go to the Referral Sources module and click on Referral Contacts.
Filter by Current Rep: Locate the "Assigned to" column in the list view. Type the name of the Rep who currently owns the contacts (the one you are transferring from) into the filter box at the top of this column and press Enter.
Select All Contacts: Look to the far left of the list view, just under the yellow pencil icon (✏R◯). Click the small checkbox in the column header to select every contact currently displayed in the list view.
Open Mass Editing: Click the yellow pencil icon (✏R◯) on the left side of the screen. A new panel will open.
Select the "Assigned to" Field: In the new panel, click on the tab titled Mass Editing. Scroll down and locate the field labeled "Assigned to".
