Does Dazos have a portal that allows my referral partners to Login and view referrals they have submitted to us?(CRM)

Overview
The referral source portal has been designed to allow you to provide portal credentials to your Referral Source partners. In this portal, they will be able to view Referrals they have sent to you (Inbound Referrals) and Referrals you have sent to them (Outbound Referrals). They will optionally have the ability to submit Patient Referrals to your CRM via the Customer Portal. In this article, we will be demonstrating how to enable this portal for your partners.

Before You Begin
• Access to your Dazos CRM instance
• Referral contact already created in CRM (or ability to create one)
• Appropriate admin or manager permissions to update the contact record

Steps

This step-by-step guide walks through granting access to the Referral Source Portal in your Dazos CRM instance. You'll learn how to locate referral contacts, enable portal access, and save changes for external users.

1. Navigate to your instance

2. Click "Referral Sources"

3. Click "Referral Contacts"

4. Click the user you want to grant portal access to

(Or create a new referral contact if needed.)

5. Click "Edit"

6. Enable the Portal User toggle

This gives the referral source access to the portal.

7. Click "Save"

Verification / Expected Result
• The referral contact now has portal user access enabled.
• The user can log into the Referral Source Portal using their assigned credentials.

Troubleshooting / Common Errors
• Portal toggle not visible: Confirm you have permissions to manage referral contacts.
• User unable to log in: Verify that login credentials were provided and the correct email address is associated with the contact.
• Missing contact record: Create a new referral contact before enabling access.
