What to do if Payer Codes are removed from Insurance Provider field! (CRM)

2. - Access Settings: Click on Settings in the Left Module Menu.

  • Open CRM Settings: Locate and click on CRM Settings within the Settings menu.

  • Navigate to Module Management: Click on Module Management from the CRM Settings options.

  • Access Module Layouts & Fields: Select Module Layouts & Fields from the Module Management menu.

  • Select Accounts: Click on Accounts to access its configuration.

  • Select Leads: Click on Leads to access its configuration.

3. - Search for Insurance Provider Field: Press Ctrl + F to open the search function and locate the Insurance Provider field.

  • Select the Field: Click on the Insurance Provider field link or option.

  • Access Payer Code: Click on Payer Code (Vobs) in the field settings.

  • Enable Global Picklist: Check the Use global picklist checkbox.

  • Confirm Checkbox Selection: Ensure the checkbox for Use global picklist is selected.

  • Save Changes: Click the Save button to apply the changes.
