Our system can only display the data it receives. If CTM does not capture the Google Ads info for a call or form, it sends the lead to Dazos without that data.
Q: I see leads from CTM in Dazos, but all the Google Ads fields are empty. Is the integration broken?
A: This indicates the CTM integration is working correctly to create leads. However, it also confirms that CTM is not sending any marketing attribution data along with those leads. The problem is not with the Dazos-CTM connection, but with the CTM-Google Ads connection.
Q: How do I fix this and get my Google Ads data into Dazos?
A: You must configure the Google Ads integration within your CTM account.
This setup is required on the CTM platform to allow it to properly capture the marketing source data (like GCLID, campaign, and keyword) from your Google Ads.
Once CTM is successfully capturing this data, it will automatically be passed to Dazos with all new leads, and your Google Ads statistics will begin to populate.
