How to Edit Your Email Signature (CRM)

Updating your email signature helps keep your communication professional and consistent when you’re emailing directly from modules like Leads or Accounts. Here’s how to update your email signature in just a few steps.

Step 1: Open the main menu.

Step 2: Click on Settings.

Step 3: Select CRM Settings.

Step 4: Click on My Preferences.

Step 5: In the My Preferences section, click My Preferences again.

Step 6: Click Edit.

Step 7: Scroll down to find the Signature field.

Step 8: Enter or paste your new email signature in the box.

Step 9: Click Save.

You’ve successfully updated your email signature! Now every email sent from the CRM will showcase your latest signature.
