Before You Begin
You must have administrative access to your Dazos CRM settings
Steps
Navigate to CRM Settings in your Dazos dashboard.
Select Configuration from the menu.
Go to Notification Settings.
Locate the PDF password settings and disable the password requirement for PAA documents.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Verification / Expected Result
After disabling the setting, PAA documents will be pushed to KIPU without triggering a Dazos password prompt.
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
Password prompt still appearing after saving:
Confirm the setting was saved correctly in Notification Settings
Submit a support ticket if the issue persists β there may be additional integration connectivity issues that need to be addressed
