Overview
The Theme settings now let you choose a header text color that actually applies to everything in the top header bar — the page title, the toolbar icons, and your user name. This means you can pick a dark header background and a light text color (or any combination) and keep the header easy to read.
1. Before You Start
You will need:
Access to Settings → Theme in iCampaign.
Permission to view and update the Theme settings (most admins have this).
Access requirements: Theme colors apply to your workspace. If you manage more than one workspace, set the theme in each workspace you want to update.
⚠️ Note: If you don't see the Theme option under Settings, ask your administrator (or Dazos support) to grant you Theme access for your account.
2. Open the Header Color Settings
From the left menu, go to Settings → Theme. The Header Setting Options panel is open at the top of the page.
You'll see three header controls:

Header Background Color | The color of the top header bar. |
Header Font Color | The color of the header's text and icons — the page title, the toolbar icons, and your user name. |
Header Font Size | The text size for the header navigation links. |
3. Choose Your Header Colors
Click Header Background Color and pick a background — for example a dark color.
Click Header Font Color and pick a text color — for example white or another light shade.
The header updates instantly in the preview so you can see exactly how it looks before saving. The page title, the bell / fullscreen / calendar icons, the menu and back arrows, and your user name all take the color you chose and stay readable on the new background.
💡 Tip: The workspace selector box, the notifications panel, drop-down menus, and number badges keep their own colors on purpose, so they stay readable no matter what header colors you choose.
4. Save Your Changes
Control | Purpose |
Update Settings | Saves your colors. They stay applied after you reload or sign back in. |
Restore Default Settings | Returns the theme to its original default colors. |
Click Update Settings when you're happy with the preview. Your colors are kept after the page reloads.
⚠️ Important: Your existing saved colors are not changed by this update. Nothing is applied retroactively — the header simply starts honoring the Header Font Color you already had (or the one you choose now).
5. Button Text Colors
In the same Theme page, open Button and Link Setting Options. The Primary Button Font Color and Secondary Button Font Color pickers now control the text color of those buttons, so you can pair a dark button color with light button text (or the reverse).
Pick a button background and a button font color, watch the preview, then click Update Settings to save.
6. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I picked a light header text color but part of the header still looks dark — why?
The workspace selector and the notifications/menu panels have their own light backgrounds and keep their own text colors by design, so they stay readable. The header bar's title, icons, and your user name follow the Header Font Color you choose.
Q: Will this change the colors I already set up?
No. Your saved color values are untouched. The header just correctly applies the header text color you already had configured.
Q: How do I go back to the original look?
Open Settings → Theme and click Restore Default Settings.
Q: Do I need to set this for every workspace?
Theme colors are per workspace. If you manage multiple workspaces, set the colors in each one you want to update.
Q: I chose a light background and light text and now I can't read it. What do I do?
The color choice is fully manual, so it's possible to pick two light (or two dark) colors. Just reopen Header Font Color (or Header Background Color) and pick a more contrasting shade, or click Restore Default Settings.

If you run into issues:
Reopen Settings → Theme and confirm your Header Background Color and Header Font Color are set to contrasting shades.
Try Restore Default Settings to return to a known-good baseline, then re-apply your colors.
