Two report chart types that previously couldn't be exported — the Summarized Calculations Table and the Raw Data Table — can now be downloaded as CSV or Excel files. The matching export options appear automatically in the report's Export menu, so you can open the full report data in a spreadsheet.

1. Before You Start
You will need:
Access to the Reports area of the CRM.
A report built as a Summarized Calculations Table or a Raw Data Table.
Access requirements: No special setup is needed. The new export options show up on their own for the two supported report types.
Important: The export options are specific to the report type. A Summarized
Calculations Table report shows the Summarized Table options; a Raw Data Table report shows the Raw Data Table options. They do not appear on other report types (such as pivot reports).
2. Open the Export Menu
Open your report, then click the Export button at the top-right of the report. The menu groups the download choices under Export PDF, Export CSV, and Export Excel. Hover over Export CSV or
Export Excel to see the available formats.
3. Export a Summarized Calculations Table
On a Summarized Calculations Table report (the one with SUM / AVG / MIN / MAX / MEDIAN calculations), the CSV menu includes a Summarized Table (CSV) option.
The Excel menu includes the matching Summarized Table (Excel) option.
To export:
1. Click Export.
2. Hover over Export CSV or Export Excel.
3. Click Summarized Table (CSV) or Summarized Table (Excel).
4. The file downloads immediately.
4. Export a Raw Data Table
On a Raw Data Table report, the same menu instead shows Raw Data Table (CSV) and Raw Data Table (Excel).
To export, click Export, hover over Export CSV or Export Excel, and choose the Raw Data Table option in your preferred format. The file downloads immediately.
Tip: In a Raw Data Table export, the grouping columns appear first. Any rows whose leading grouping value is empty are moved to the bottom of the file, so the grouped rows stay together at the top.
5. About the Exported File
The file contains all rows in the report, using the same display-label column headers you see on screen.
CSV files open in any spreadsheet application; Excel files open directly in Microsoft Excel. The download starts right away — there's no extra confirmation step.
6. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why don't I see the Summarized Table or Raw Data Table export option? The options appear only on the matching report type. Confirm your report is a Summarized Calculations Table or a Raw Data Table — other report types won't show these items.
Q: What's the difference between CSV and Excel? Both contain the same data. Choose CSV for a universal, lightweight file that opens in any spreadsheet program, or Excel for a native .xls file.
Q: Does the export include every row, or just the page I'm viewing? The export includes all rows in the report, not just the current page.
Q: Why are some rows at the bottom of a Raw Data Table export? Rows with an empty leading grouping value are intentionally sorted to the bottom so the grouped rows appear together first.
Q: The other export options (PDF, Raw Data, Formatted Data) are still there — did anything change for them? No. The existing export options are unchanged; the Summarized Table and Raw Data Table options were simply added alongside them.
