Dazos Mobile App Access for Alleva Customers — Mobile Browser Alternative
Overview
Dazos offers a native mobile app for iOS and Android that your business development team can use to access the CRM on the go. However, customers whose instance uses Alleva as their EMR cannot log into the native mobile app. This article explains how to identify which situation applies to you and how to access Dazos on mobile if you are an Alleva customer.
How to Tell If You Are an Alleva Customer
Check the URL you use to log into Dazos on your computer. If your URL contains allevacrm, your instance is integrated with Alleva EMR and you are not able to log into the native Dazos mobile app.
If your URL does not contain allevacrm, you can use the native mobile app by following the steps below.
Option 1: Downloading and Using the Native Mobile App (Non-Alleva Customers)
If your instance is not integrated with Alleva, your team can download and use the Dazos mobile app directly.
Open the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
Search for Dazos LLC.
Download and install the app.
Open the app. You will be presented with a login screen.
Enter your username and password as usual.
Enter your instance identifier (this is the unique name for your organization's Dazos account — contact your administrator if you are unsure what this is).
Tap Login.

Option 2: Using a Mobile Browser (Alleva Customers)
If your instance uses Alleva EMR, you cannot log into the native Dazos mobile app. However, you can access the full Dazos CRM from a mobile browser such as Safari or Chrome.
The Dazos website is optimized for phone screens and provides the same functionality as the desktop version of the CRM.
Open Safari or Chrome on your mobile device.
Type your organization's Dazos CRM URL directly into the browser address bar. The URL format is typically:
yourinstance.dazoshealth.com/crm
Log in using your usual username and password.
💡 Tip: Bookmark the URL on your phone's browser for quick access — this makes it just as easy to open as a native app.
Tips & Notes
⚠️ Alleva customers only: The native mobile app login will not work if your URL contains allevacrm. Use the mobile browser method described above instead.
