Problem
Hyperlinks in iCampaign are displaying as white or are otherwise difficult to see against a light background. Updating the Link Color setting in the Theme does not resolve the issue for all links.
Possible Causes
Not all hyperlinks in iCampaign are controlled by the same Theme setting. Different link types draw their color from different fields.
The Link Color field under Buttons and Links controls some hyperlinks, but email address links and phone number links are controlled by a separate setting: Theme Primary Color under Other Setting Options.
Certain links — such as the "Select all" checkbox link — may remain white even after both settings have been updated. This is a potential bug and requires escalation to support.
Solution
Update the Link Color setting: Go to Settings in the main navigation, open Theme, and expand Buttons and Links. Find the Link Color field and change it to a color that contrasts well with your background. Scroll to the bottom and click Update Settings, then refresh your browser.
Update the Theme Primary Color setting: If email address or phone number links are still showing as white after Step 1, remain in the Theme settings and scroll to Other Setting Options. Find the Theme Primary Color field and update it to your desired link color. Scroll to the bottom and click Update Settings, then refresh your browser.
Verify both settings are saved: After refreshing, confirm that both the Link Color and Theme Primary Color fields reflect your chosen color before leaving the settings screen.
Escalate if links are still white: If any links — such as the "Select all" link near a checkbox — remain white after updating both settings, this is likely a bug. The color of that link should match other link colors. Contact Dazos Support to escalate the issue.
Still Need Help?
If hyperlinks are still displaying as white after updating both the Link Color and Theme Primary Color settings, please contact Dazos Support for further assistance. When reaching out, note which specific links are still affected (for example, the "Select all" link) and include screenshots if possible, as this may indicate a bug that requires investigation by the support team.
