iCampaign's AI features now each run on the model best suited to the job. Short text such as SMS, social posts, hashtags, and rewording uses a fast, low-cost model. Full landing pages and full email templates use a more capable model. Images use a dedicated image model. The screens and buttons are the same as before; this guide shows where each AI feature is and what to expect.

1. Before You Start
You will need an iCampaign account with access to the screens listed below. No setup is needed: every workspace uses the new models automatically.
Access requirements: the same permissions as before. If you could use an AI button yesterday, you can use it today. Landing pages and the email AI assistant tab are available on plans that include them.
If an AI button returns an error, try again once; if it keeps failing, contact Dazo's support.

Tip: short-text features answer in about 1–3 seconds. A full landing page is the longest task and can take one to two minutes; keep the page open until it appears on the canvas.
3. SMS Assistant
From Email & SMS → Templates → Create, open the SMS Template tab and click AI Assist. The same assistant appears in Messages → Conversations under the message box.
1. Pick a preset in Start from Preset (for example, Lead Followups) or write your own instructions and tone.
2. Click Generate. You get two suggestions, each 160 characters or fewer.
3. Click Replace to use a suggestion, or Insert at End to add it after your text.
4. AI Suggestion and Generate Content in the Email Builder
In Email & SMS → Templates → Create (or edit a template), open the Email Template tab and click a text block. In the right panel, open AI Suggestion:

The result opens in an AI Suggestion window with two complete alternatives. Click Accept to replace the block or Reject to keep it.
5. Social Posts and Hashtags
In Social Media → Posts → Create, click AI Assist on the content card.
1. Choose a preset (for example, Educational / Tips) and click Generate: you get two ready-to-post options with 3 to 5 hashtags.
2. Under the post text, click Hashtag to add hashtags based on what you wrote.
6. AI Assist in the Text Editor
The AI Assist button (magic wand) appears in the text editor toolbar in Settings → Company (signature and unsubscribe footer), in sending-domain emails, in Automation → Workflows email actions, and in custom text-editor fields.
1. Click the wand, pick a preset (for example, Email Follow-Up), and click Generate.
2. Choose one of the two suggestions. Replace anything in brackets, such as [Your Name], before saving.
7. AI Chat
Open /ai/chat, type a message, and click Send. Under each answer, you can Accept, Reject (you get a new wording), or Modify.
8. Full Email Template (AI Assistant Tab)
In the email builder, open the AI assistant tab in the right panel.
1. Describe the email in your own words and send it.
2. Pick the parts it should have (for example, Headline and intro, Three benefits in columns, Call-to-action button, Footer with contact details).
3. Add notes on tone or click Skip. The canvas is replaced with the generated email. Use ↶ Undo or ↺ Restore original to go back.
9. Landing Pages
In Landing Pages → Create, the AI tab opens by default. Describe the page (or pick a suggestion) and send it. Leave Generate with my brand styles on to use your brand colors.
Important: a complete landing page can take one to two minutes. Keep the builder open until the page appears; then refine any section by selecting it and describing the change.
10. Images
In the AI Assist window (social posts, SMS templates), open Generate Image, describe the image, choose the size and Single Image or Carousel, and click Generate Image. Click Use Image to keep it; generated images are also saved to your gallery. Improve Image changes an image you already have.
11. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to change any setting? No. Every workspace uses the new models automatically.
Q: Why does the SMS assistant keep suggestions short? Each suggestion is limited to 160 characters, so it fits in a single SMS segment.
Q: The AI Suggestion window shows two versions joined together. Which one is inserted? The window shows both alternatives; review the text after Accept and keep the version you prefer.
Q: A landing page is taking a long time. Is it stuck? A full page takes one to two minutes. Wait for the page to appear on the canvas before trying again.
Q: Some suggestions contain text in brackets. Brackets mark information only you know, such as your name or a date. Replace them before saving or sending.
Q: Can I go back to what I had? Yes. In the builders, use ↶ Undo or ↺ Restore original; in the assistants, simply don't click Replace or Accept.
