9. Frequently Asked Questions
1. Before You Start
You will need:
An iCampaign user account.
For social posts: at least one social media profile connected to your workspace (the post editor requires it).
Access requirements: the AI Image Studio menu option is shown to administrators and to every user whose role can use Templates, Campaigns, Landing Pages or Social Media. There is no separate permission to turn on. Inside the editors, the image picker works for everyone, as it always did.
If you do not see the menu option, ask your administrator to give your role access to one of those four areas. If it is still missing, contact Dazos support.
2. Open the AI Image Studio
In the left menu, click AI Image Studio (the magic wand icon, right below Landing Pages).
The page has three areas:
Area | Purpose |
Generate with AI | Describe an image in your own words and create it. |
Folders | Your image folders, the upload button and folder tools. |
Images | The images of the selected view. It opens on Recent images, newest first. |
Tip: Scroll down in Recent images to load more. The counter at the top right shows how many you are seeing out of the total.
3. Create an Image with AI
1. In Generate with AI, describe the image you want. Be specific about the place, the mood and the style.
2. Choose the size and how many images you want (1 to 3).
3. Click Generate, or press Ctrl + Enter.
While the image is being created you see Generating… with a timer:
After a few seconds the result appears, with the AI label:
Control | Purpose |
Size | Square (1024x1024) , Landscape (1536x1024) or Portrait (1024x1536) . |
Number of images | 1, 2 or 3 versions of the same description. |
Generate | Creates the images. |
Regenerate | Creates another version with the same description. |
Edit prompt | Puts that description back in the box so you can change it. |
Tip: Every image you generate is saved to your library automatically, in the AI folder — even if you never use it. Regenerate and Edit prompt never remove earlier results: new ones appear on top.
Important: If the description is not allowed by the AI provider's content rules, you see the message "The image could not be generated from that description. Please rephrase and try
again.", a View content guidelines link and a Retry button. Change the description and try again.
4. Find Your Images
Recent images shows your newest images first.
Search images in all folders finds images by name. Images created with AI are named after the words of their description, so searching one of those words finds them. Type at least 3 characters and press Enter.
Folders on the left work as before: click a folder to see its images.
Each image shows a label with its origin:
Label | Meaning |
AI | Created with AI. |
Upload | Uploaded by a user. |
PNG | Created with the SVG → PNG converter. |
SVG | Vector image (usually logos and icons). |
Logo / Map | Your company logos and maps. |
Dazos | Stock images from the Dazos library, shared with every instance. |
5. Preview, Copy or Delete an Image
Click the ⋮ button on an image to see its actions:
Action | What it does |
Preview | Opens the image large. On the AI Image Studio page, clicking the image does the same. |
Copy link | Copies the image address to paste it elsewhere. |
Open in new tab | Opens the original image in a new browser tab. |
Delete | Removes the image. Only shown in your own folders: Custom Upload, Custom PNG, AI and SVG. |
Tip: Deleting asks for confirmation. Images from the shared Dazos library cannot be deleted.
6. Upload Your Own Images and Organize Folders
To upload an image:
1. In Folders, open your instance folder and click Custom Upload (or one of its subfolders). Uploads are only allowed there.
2. Tick I confirm that I own the image and have full rights to distribute it without violating any copyrights.
3. Click Upload image to this folder and choose the file.
To create a folder: select Custom Upload, click Create new folder and type a name (letters, numbers and spaces).
To delete a folder: select the folder inside Custom Upload and click the red trash button. Everything inside it is deleted too.
Tip: The screenshots in this guide come from a test account where both top folders are called dazos . In your account, the first folder carries your instance name and the second one is the shared Dazos library.
7. Use the AI Image Studio Inside an Editor
The same AI Image Studio opens in a small window from every editor, with the same images and the same Generate with AI panel:
Where you are | How to open it |
Landing pages | Double-click an image block. |
Email templates | Double-click an image block. |
Campaigns (Edit Content step) | Double-click an image block. |
Social posts | Click the AI Image Studio button in the post toolbar. |
Text editors (signatures, footers and other rich text fields) | Click the image button in the editor toolbar. |
1. Find the image — search, browse the folders, or generate a new one right there. 2. Click the image. In this window, moving the pointer over an image shows Insert. 3. The image is placed exactly where you started, and the window closes by itself.
Tip: In social posts, the image is added to the post media. Nothing changes in how you save or publish your email, landing page or post.
8. How It Works
One library for every channel
Each instance has one image library. The menu page and the window inside each editor show that same library, so an image created while building a landing page is available later in an email template or a social post, without downloading or uploading it again.
Nothing generated is lost
Every image created with AI is stored the moment it is created, whether you use it or not. It stays in the AI folder and in Recent images, and it can be found by the words of its description.
What you can see
You only see your own instance's images plus the shared Dazos stock library. Other companies can never see your images, and you can never see theirs.
What did not change
The folders, the upload rules, the copyright confirmation, creating and deleting folders, and clicking an image to insert it all work as before. The AI Assist button in social posts also keeps its own image options, including carousels and Improve Image, and saves to the same library.
9. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I don't see AI Image Studio in the menu. Why? Your role does not have access to Templates, Campaigns, Landing Pages or Social Media. Ask your administrator. You can still insert images from inside the editors you use.
Q: Is an image saved if I don't use it? Yes. Every generated image is saved automatically in the AI folder and appears in Recent images.
Q: How long does it take to create an image? Usually 15 to 30 seconds, depending on the AI provider. The timer on screen shows it is still working.
Q: Can I get several options at once? Yes. Choose 2 or 3 in the number of images. You can also click Regenerate as many times as you like; earlier results stay on screen.
Q: My SVG logo looks broken in an email. Why? Email programs such as Gmail and Outlook, and social networks, do not display SVG images. Use the SVG → PNG converter in the email editor to get a PNG version. SVG images work well in landing pages.
Q: Can I change an existing image, for example its colors? Not in the AI Image Studio yet. For images already in a social post, the Improve Image option of AI Assist can modify them.
Q: Can other companies see my images? No. Each instance only sees its own images plus the shared Dazos stock library.
Q: Is there a limit on how many images I can create? There is no usage limit. Each generation creates up to 3 images.
Need Help?
If you run into issues:
1. Check Recent images or the AI folder — generated images are always saved there, even when the editor window was closed.
2. If a generation fails, change the description and click Retry. If it keeps failing, wait a few minutes and try again.
3. Contact Dazos support with the screen you were on, what you clicked and the time it happened, and reference ICD-1528.
