Your Subscriber Count Now Matches Everywhere (iCampaign)

The number of active subscribers on your Dashboard now always matches the number on your Subscribers list. When you add or delete subscribers, both numbers change right away, and your monthly plan usage counts only the subscribers you really have.

5. Frequently Asked Questions

1. Before You Start

You will need an iCampaign login with access to the Dashboard and to Subscribers.

Access requirements: nothing to turn on. This update automatically corrected existing counts.

2. Where to See Your Subscriber Count

The number appears in two places, and they always match:

Place

Where

What it shows

Dashboard

Dashboard → Subscribers Usage card

Active and your plan limit

Subscribers list

Email & SMS → Subscribers, at the top

Total Subscribers and Active

3. What Counts as an Active Subscriber

A subscriber is active as long as they can still receive email or SMS from you.

Subscriber

Active?

Subscribed to email and SMS

Unsubscribed from email, still subscribed to SMS

Unsubscribed from SMS, still subscribed to email

Unsubscribed from both

Deleted

That is why Total Subscribers can be higher than Active.

4. After You Delete Subscribers

1. In Email & SMS → Subscribers, select one or more subscribers and click Delete.

2. Confirm.

3. The Active number at the top drops right away. Reload the Dashboard: the Subscribers Usage card shows the same number.

Tip: Deleted subscribers no longer count toward your plan's monthly subscriber usage.

5. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: My Dashboard number changed after this update. Why? We corrected it to match your actual subscriber list. Before, it could drift over time.

Q: Does this apply to imports and SMS STOP replies too? Yes. Imports, unsubscribes, resubscribes, and contacts synced from your CRM all update the count right away.

Q: Why is Total higher than Active? Total includes people who unsubscribed from both email and SMS. They stay in your list but no longer count as active.

Need Help?

If you run into issues:

1. Reload the Dashboard and the Subscribers list.

2. Compare the two Active numbers.

3. If they differ, contact Dazos support with both numbers and reference ICD-1592.
