Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
An existing Admin account in Dazos CRM that you can log in to
The name of the user you want to grant Admin access to
Overview
In Dazos CRM, certain actions — such as creating new user profiles and modifying reports — require Admin access. If a user receives an access denied error when attempting these tasks, it is likely because their account does not have Admin access enabled. An existing Admin must grant this permission through User Management.
Steps
Log in as an existing Admin. Sign in to your Dazos CRM instance using an account that already has Admin access.
Navigate to User Management. Go to Settings and open User Management.
Find the user. Locate the user whose access you want to update in the user list.
Open the user's settings. Click on the user's name to open their profile and settings.
Enable Admin access. Find the Admin field and toggle it to Yes.
Save the changes. Save the user's profile to apply the update.
Result
After completing these steps, the user will have Admin access and will be able to create new user profiles and modify reports without receiving an access denied error.
Important Notes
Only existing Admins can grant Admin access to other users. If you do not have Admin access yourself, contact another Admin at your organization or reach out to Dazos Support for assistance.
