FAQ: IQ Reports Missing First Column in Marketing Reports (IQ)

This guide addresses a common issue in the IQ Marketing Reports module where the first identifying column (such as Sales Rep, Lead Source, or Referral Source) temporarily appears and then disappears, leaving the report data unidentifiable.

Q: Why is the first column (Rep Name, Lead Source) missing or disappearing in my Marketing Reports?

A: The first column is often hidden by default or has been inadvertently toggled off in the grid settings, causing the report data to lack its primary identifier. The column briefly appears during the page load before the grid fully renders its configured display settings.

Q: How do I make the missing Rep Name or Lead Source column permanently visible?

A: You need to manually manage the main grid columns within the report configuration settings:

  1. Access the Report: Log into IQ and click on Marketing Revenue.

  2. Select the specific report you are having trouble with (e.g., By Sales Rep or By Lead Source).

  3. Open Grid Management: Look for the Manage Columns Icon (often a small grid icon or table icon) located near the top of the report view.

Pro Tips / Extra Help

  • Column Discrepancy: If you find the report continues to act erratically (columns disappearing immediately after hitting "Apply"), try performing a full cache and cookie clear on your browser and then re-applying the column settings.

  • Troubleshooting: If this setting does not resolve the issue, contact Dazos Support immediately, as the problem is likely a deeper bug in the report's JavaScript rendering logic.
