IQ FAQ: Removing an Incorrect Facility from the Marketing Dashboard (IQ)

A Facility appears in the IQ Marketing Dashboard that doesn’t belong to the Instance. This usually shows up when reviewing “All Facilities” in any Dashboard.

Q: Why is a facility showing up in my Marketing Dashboard that doesn’t belong to us?

A:
The Marketing Dashboard pulls data from the Facilities configured inside IQ. If a facility is listed there, it will appear in reporting — even if it shouldn’t be associated with your organization.

This usually happens when:

  • A facility was added during setup and is no longer needed

  • A test facility was created and not removed

  • A configuration was copied from another setup


Q: How do I remove a facility from appearing in Marketing reports?

A:
Follow these steps inside IQ:

  1. Go to IQ

  2. Click on Dashboards

  3. Open the Marketing Dashboard

  4. Select All Facilities to confirm which facility is appearing

If you confirm that a facility does not belong:

  1. Go to Administration

  2. Click on Facilities

  3. Locate the facility that needs to be removed

  4. Click the trash can icon next to the facility

  5. Confirm the deletion

Once removed, it will no longer appear in Marketing reporting.


Q: What if the issue is related to a Treatment Program instead of the entire facility?

A:
If the facility is correct but a Treatment Program inside it is wrong:

  1. Go to Administration → Facilities

  2. Click the edit (pencil) icon on the facility

  3. Review the listed Treatment Programs

  4. Remove or adjust the incorrect program

  5. Click Submit to save your changes

Always make sure you click Submit, or the changes will not be saved.


Q: Will deleting a facility affect reporting data?

A:
Yes. Since Marketing reports rely on facility configuration, removing or adjusting a facility will directly impact how data is grouped and displayed in reports. Always double-check before deleting to ensure it’s truly not needed.
