Troubleshooting / Common Errors

Fields not appearing in the Convert Lead modal:

  • Verify the field is marked as "Mandatory" on the destination module

  • Confirm you're looking in the correct section of the modal

  • Check that the field mapping is configured properly

Conversion fails:

  • This can happen if a destination field is required, but the Lead field is empty

  • Ensure Lead records have data for all mandatory destination fields before converting

⚠️ Warning: If a destination field is required and the Lead field is empty, the conversion process may fail.
Make sure Lead records contain the necessary data before attempting conversion.
