Troubleshooting / Common Errors
Fields not appearing in the Convert Lead modal:
Verify the field is marked as "Mandatory" on the destination module
Confirm you're looking in the correct section of the modal
Check that the field mapping is configured properly
Conversion fails:
This can happen if a destination field is required, but the Lead field is empty
Ensure Lead records have data for all mandatory destination fields before converting
⚠️ Warning: If a destination field is required and the Lead field is empty, the conversion process may fail.
Make sure Lead records contain the necessary data before attempting conversion.
