What the Integration Supports
Document Pushing: The integration can push VOB documents (PDFs) from Dazos to Sunwave, along with other uploaded documents like PAAs.
Field-Level Mapping is available for the following entities:
Admitted/Discharge Status
Level of Care (LOC)
Treatment Programs
Insurance Providers
Referral Sources
VOB Form Mapping Limitations
⚠️ Live VOB Form-to-Form Mapping is not available. This means:
Individual VOB form fields cannot be mapped from Dazos to Sunwave's VOB form
Only complete VOB documents can be transferred, not field-level data
Live form data in Dazos does not automatically populate Sunwave's VOB form fields
Requirements for VOB Document Pushing
Before transferring VOB documents to Sunwave, ensure the following are in place:
Sunwave Configuration: Sunwave must enable the "Dazos Uploads" tab in their system
API Activation: Forms must be activated via API on Sunwave's end
Document Format: VOBs must be in PDF format, not live form data
Alternative Workflows
Since live form mapping is unavailable, consider these approaches:
Document Generation: Generate VOB PDFs from Dazos forms and push the complete document to Sunwave
Manual Entry: Use the document push as reference while manually entering data into Sunwave's VOB forms
Hybrid Approach: Use available field mappings for supported entities and handle VOB data through document transfer
