CTM Disposition to Lead Status Mapping Not Available (CRM)

Overview

Dazos does not currently support automatic mapping of CTM call dispositions to specific Lead Status values. For example, automatically setting leads with 'Medicaid' disposition to 'Unqualified' status is not available.

What This Means

You cannot configure conditional logic such as:

  • If CTM Disposition = 'Medicaid', then Lead Status = 'Unqualified'

  • If CTM Disposition = 'No Answer', then Lead Status = 'Follow Up'

  • If CTM Disposition = 'Not Interested', then Lead Status = 'Dead Lead'

Current Workaround

Until this feature is available, you'll need to:

  1. Review incoming leads manually after calls are processed

  2. Update Lead Status values based on the CTM disposition information

  3. Train your admissions team to check disposition data when reviewing new leads

  4. Use lead list views with inline editing to quickly update multiple Lead Status values at once

Feature Request Status

This capability has been submitted as a feature request to our product team. The request includes:

  • Conditional Logic Mapping: Configuration settings within CTM integration to define disposition-to-status rules

  • Automatic Processing: Real-time Lead Status assignment when leads are created from CTM

  • Administrative Control: Admin-level settings to customize mapping rules for different dispositions

⚠️ Note: Feature requests are prioritized based on customer demand and frequency. There is no guaranteed timeline for development or release.

Alternative Solutions

While waiting for this feature, consider these approaches:

  • Staff Training: Ensure admissions coordinators understand how to quickly identify and update unqualified leads

  • Regular Audits: Schedule daily reviews of new leads to update statuses based on CTM disposition data

  • List View Efficiency: Use lead list views with inline editing to bulk update Lead Status values more efficiently
