Why This Matters
If your organization requires electronic signatures as part of your intake or document management workflow, you will need an active account with a supported third-party e-signature platform (such as DocuSign) and complete the integration setup within your Dazos CRM instance.
Once integrated, you can send documents for signature, manage permission workflows, and receive fully signed PDF documents — all from within Dazos CRM.
What Dazos Supports via the DocuSign Integration
Sending documents for electronic signature directly from patient records
Managing signature request workflows and permissions
Generating and storing fully signed PDF documents
What Dazos Does Not Support
Native, built-in electronic signature creation or capture without a third-party integration
⚠️ Note: A DocuSign account (or another supported e-signature platform account) is required before the integration can be set up in Dazos CRM.
Getting Started with DocuSign + Dazos
If you already have a DocuSign account and would like to connect it to your Dazos CRM instance, follow the DocuSign integration setup guides below. The integration is configured in a multi-part process covering both the DocuSign side and the Dazos CRM side.
If you do not yet have a DocuSign account, you will need to create one before proceeding with the integration setup.
