Problem
You added a file attachment to a campaign email in iCampaign, but when you sent a test email before launching the campaign, the attachment was not included. The email body and content appeared correctly, but no file was attached.
Possible Causes
This is expected behavior. iCampaign does not include file attachments in test emails. Test emails only deliver the email body and content — not any attachments added at Step 4 of the campaign editor.
File attachments may not have been added yet. Attachments are added at Step 4 of the campaign editor. If you have not reached that step, no attachment has been configured.
Solution
Confirm your attachment is configured correctly. In the campaign editor, navigate to Step 4 and verify that your file attachment has been uploaded and saved there.
Do not rely on test emails to verify attachments. Because test emails intentionally exclude file attachments, you cannot use a test send to confirm that an attachment is present. Instead, review your campaign settings at Step 4 before launching.
Launch the campaign to send attachments. File attachments are only included when the actual campaign is launched and sent to your subscribers — not during test sends.
