Purpose of This Guide
This troubleshooting guide addresses issues where the Treatment Program field in the Accounts module is incorrectly configured as a "Phone" field type instead of a "Picklist" field type. This configuration error prevents proper modification of treatment programs and forces manual entry during account conversion processes.
Symptom/Error
When attempting to manage treatment programs in the Accounts module, you may experience the following symptoms:
Treatment Program field appears as a Phone field type instead of a dropdown/picklist
Unable to modify or delete the Treatment Program field from the CRM instance
During account conversion, users must manually enter treatment program names instead of selecting from a predefined list
The field appears as a "default field type" that cannot be changed through normal field management
Root Cause
This issue occurs when the Treatment Program field in the Accounts module has been incorrectly configured in the backend as a "Phone" field type rather than the proper "Picklist" field type. This appears to be a system-level configuration that cannot be corrected through standard field management tools.
Solution
This issue requires backend intervention and cannot be resolved by administrators or users. Follow these steps:
Document the Issue: Take screenshots showing the Treatment Program field configured as a Phone field type in your Accounts module

Request Backend Field Type Correction: Specify that you need the Treatment Program field in the Accounts module reconfigured from "Phone" field type to "Picklist" field type
⚠️ Important: Do not attempt to delete and recreate this field, as it may be a system-level field that could cause data loss or integration issues.
