Before You Begin
You'll need:
Access to the Calendar module in Dazos CRM.
The Calendar open and visible on your screen.
Steps
Open the Calendar module. Click the Calendar icon in your Dazos CRM toolbar to open the Calendar.
Locate the Activity Types panel. On the left side of the Calendar, find the Activity Types panel. This is the list of checkboxes that control which types of records and tasks are displayed on your calendar.
Uncheck the Calendar Tasks option. In the Activity Types panel, find the Calendar Tasks checkbox and uncheck it. This will immediately hide all tasks created by workflows from the calendar view.
Result
After unchecking Calendar Tasks, workflow-generated tasks (such as alumni follow-up tasks) will no longer appear on the calendar. The calendar will only display the remaining enabled activity types, making it easier to focus on your own events and activities.
If you need to view workflow-generated tasks again in the future, simply return to the Activity Types panel and re-enable the Calendar Tasks option by checking it again.
