Before You Begin
You'll need:
Your legal business name, exactly as registered with your EIN.
The name your website shows to visitors.
Access requirements: Users who can create TrustHub profiles (administrators, or roles with TrustHub create permission).
⚠️ If you don't see the New Profile button, your instance may already have a profile under review or approved. Contact Dazos support if you need to register again.
Steps
1. Open the TrustHub Registration
From iCampaign, go to Email & SMS → TrustHub and click New Profile. The form opens on the General Information section.
2. Read the Notice Under the Name Fields
Right under Legal business name and DBA name there is a notice that stays visible while you fill in the form.
It means: carriers compare your registration with your website. If your website shows a name that is not your legal business name, and the DBA name is empty, the campaign is likely to be rejected.
💡 Tip: DBA means "Doing business as": the name your clients know you by, when it is not the legal name of your company.
3. Fill In the DBA Name When Needed
Compare your legal business name with the name on your website.
Field | Description | Example |
Legal business name | The exact name registered with your EIN | Acme Health Holdings LLC |
DBA name | The name your website shows, when it is different from the legal name | Sunrise Recovery |
If your website shows a different name, type that name in DBA name.
If your website shows your legal business name, leave DBA name empty.
Complete the rest of the form and click Send for review.
⚠️ Important: The DBA name is still optional. The form is sent even if it is empty, so check it before you click Send for review.
