Overview
You have turned off all iCampaign workflows and historical data syncs, but subscribers continue to sync into iCampaign. Even after deleting existing subscribers, new ones appear shortly after.
Possible Cause
Active module field mappings in CRM Settings → Integration → iCampaign can continue to push leads into iCampaign in real time — even when all workflows and historical data syncs are disabled. These mappings operate independently of workflow and historical data sync settings.
Solution
Log in to your Dazos CRM instance and navigate to CRM Settings → Integration → iCampaign.

📸 Screenshot: Active field and module mappings visible in the iCampaign integration settings.Remove or disable the active mappings. As long as these mappings are in place, leads will continue to sync in real time regardless of your workflow or historical data sync settings.
After removing the mappings, monitor your iCampaign subscriber list to confirm that no new subscribers are being added unexpectedly.
Escalation
If subscribers are still syncing after removing all module mappings, or if you are unsure which mappings to remove, contact Dazos Support with your instance URL and a description of the mappings currently configured under CRM Settings → Integration → iCampaign.
